PickMyCab collects several information from its customers to fulfill a booking; this may include but not limited to name, email address, phone numbers, pick up address, destination, billing address and any other details to complete or fulfill the booking. All details except the credit/debit card details may be shared with a third party to fulfill the booking.

Information may be requested for the purpose of identification checks. Information that would be required to fulfill the booking will be shared with the PHO.

How the information may be used?

PickMyCab may use your personal information for the purpose of booking, payments or to provide you a personalized booking experience.

You personal information could also be used by PickMyCab to communicate offers, discounts or any information that may be useful to you as a customer. However, we may do this at your own preference only. If PickMyCab chooses to use a third party for its marketing efforts, it would sign a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement for the purpose of protecting personal information of its customers.

However, non personal data such as web traffic, booking consistency, demographics, age group may be shared with third party companies to understand customer behaviors and patterns; this data may be used to improvise the website to meet our customer requirements efficiently.

Any personal information that you provide would be shared with government bodies such as Fraud Prevention Agencies, Law Enforcement agencies or any other regulatory bodies; if a legal obligation may arise.
